  • Savings are denominated in Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollars (USD).

  • Intended for individual and non-individual customers.

  • Optimum interest rate according to the guarantee value of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).0

  • On-line transactions at all CTBC Bank branch offices in Indonesia: for deposits, withdrawals and fund transfers.

  • CTBC ATM/Debit Card facilities are available for transactions at CTBC Indonesia ATMs and the entire Prima/ALTO ATM network and shopping at Prima/ALTO Debit specifically for accounts denominated in Rupiah (IDR).

  • Adding CTBC Extra Savings balance can be done by:

    • Cash deposits at all Bank CTBC Indonesia branch offices

    • Transfer funds via CTBC ATM or the entire Prima/BCA ATM network specifically for accounts in Rupiah (IDR)

  • Cash deposits at all Bank CTBC Indonesia branch offices

Banking Transaction – Easy and Convenient


  • On-line transaction in all PT Bank CTBC Indonesia branch offices: fund deposit, withdrawal and transfer

  • CTBC ATM/Debit Card: for transaction through CTBC ATM, Prima ATM and Prima Debit networks in Indonesia

  • Personal saving account: can choose joint account option with ‘And’ or ‘Or’ condition

  • Monthly account statement: received by Customer as monthly transaction activity report

Risk to Know


  • If the Customer's account is inactive for a period of 6 (six) months, the status of the account will also become inactive

  • If the Customer's account is inactive for a period of 1 (one) year, the status of the account becomes dormant and the customer will be charged a dormant fee in accordance with the provisions of the transaction service fee.

  • The account will be closed automatically if the balance is 0 (zero) according to provisions set by Bank CTBC Indonesia

Term & Procedures opening account


  • Complete and sign the Customer Data and Account Opening Form

  • Complete the required documents including:

    • Photocopy of valid identity card (KTP/SIM for Indonesian citizens/Passport for foreigners).

    • Stay Permit Card (KITAS/KITAP), for foreigners

    • Photocopy of NPWP* for Indonesian citizens

    • Other documents that required for account registration.

    Note: If the customer does not/does not have a NPWP, it can be replaced with a Statement Letter of not having a NPWP.
