Monthly account statement: received by Customer as monthly transaction activity report
Risk to Know
If the Customer's account is inactive for a period of 6 (six) months, the status of the account will also become inactive
If the Customer's account is inactive for a period of 1 (one) year, the status of the account becomes dormant and the customer will be charged a dormant fee in accordance with the provisions of the transaction service fee.
The account will be closed automatically if the balance is 0 (zero) according to provisions set by Bank CTBC Indonesia
Term & Procedures opening account
Complete and sign the Customer Data and Account Opening Form
Complete the required documents including:
Photocopy of valid identity card (KTP/SIM for Indonesian citizens/Passport for foreigners).
Stay Permit Card (KITAS/KITAP), for foreigners
Photocopy of NPWP* for Indonesian citizens
Other documents that required for account registration.
Note: If the customer does not/does not have a NPWP, it can be replaced with a Statement Letter of not having a NPWP.
