He earned his Bachelor Degree of Accounting in National Taiwan University and joining CTBC Bank since 1994 as Credit Analyst Officer in Taipei He was promoted to become Relationship Manager in 2001 to 2006. He has his first assignment overseas in 2006 as VP of Ho Chi Min City Branch, Vietnam up to December 2009 and became Chief Representative of CTBC in Ha Noi until 2011 where he moved back to Taiwan as Marketing Head of Hsin Chu Regional Center until 2014.
He was assigned to CTBC Indonesia in 2014 until 2016. From Indonesia, he was assigned to CTBC India with his last position as CEO of CTBC Bank Chennai Branch – India from 2017 until 2019 and return to Indonesia in 2020.

Setio Darmawan was effectively appointed as Director of Information Technology & Operations of Bank CTBC Indonesia as of 25 July 2022. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics Engineering from the Institute of Technology Bandung.
He had started his early career as IT professional in several software development companies, followed by working in financial institutions such as American International Underwriter and GE Finance Indonesia.
He then started his career in the Banking Industry since 2007 with HSBC Indonesia, then he was assigned and worked for 3.5 years in HSBC Hong Kong. He continued his career back in HSBC Indonesia in 2014 as SVP Head of Software Delivery, then in July 2015 he was appointed as Chief Information Officer.
Prior to joining Bank CTBC Indonesia, he was Executive Director of Wholesale Banking, Markets & Enterprise Technology & Operations in Bank UOB Indonesia.

Citizen of the Republic of China (ROC), Born in 1968, domiciled in Jakarta.
Effective appointed as Risk Director in PT Bank CTBC Indonesia (Bank CTBC Indonesia) starting on 8 November 2023.
He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan, and joined CTBC Group in 1997 as Credit Analyst Officer in Taiwan. Since then, he has served CTBC Bank Taiwan in various positions such as Credit Analyst Officer; Bond Trader; Relationship Manager to Credit Officer.
Vincent Wen had his first overseas assignment in 2015 as Chief Credit Officer (CCO) in Ho Chi Min City Branch, Vietnam. He was subsequently promoted to Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and assigned to CTBC Bank Branch, India from 2016 to 2022.
With over 25 years of professional experience in Taipei, Vietnam, and India, he has strong experience in cross-border banking development and risk management.
